In developing a new residential project, we study each market to ensure the viability of such an endeavor. We also focus specifically on the needs of the users. We have partnered with residential development firms on various projects in our portfolio when this better met the needs of the customer or project. Each project, like each community, is unique and requires us to utilize all of our design and construction management skills in developing the space. Whether working with a non-profit client to create a camp for special needs children or building apartments in a 12-story high rise in Downtown Columbus, we strive to create a special environment for people to call home.
